Silver lining for Laugher as he bags second FINA Diving World Series 2020 medal
Jack Laugher said he was happy to double his FINA Diving World Series medal haul in Canada " despite not being pleased with his final dive. After winning a silver in the Men's 3m Synchronised alongside Dan Goodfellow on the opening day of the competition in Montreal, Laugher finished second again in the individual event.

Jack Laugher hopes golden experience will inspire Swim England divers
Jack Laugher hopes to have inspired the next generation of Olympic British divers after giving Swim England's Team Z youngsters the chance to hold the gold medal he won at the 2016 Rio Games. A total of 22 athletes on the Swim England Talent pathway " and three guests from Scottish Swimming " attended a three-day training camp in Leeds, where they quizzed Laugher and his British team-mate Anthony Harding after watching them train.

They're the big ones at one end, the Olympic gold and silver. The World Championships come next, Europeans, Commonwealth through to junior medals. When I look at the Olympic gold, it reminds me of being in Rio after our dive, the Chinese were still to go, and I said to Chris [Mears, his synchro partner], "I'm OK with silver." We saw their dive go in, then we just burst into tears.

World Aquatics Championships: Jack Laugher claims second 3m springboard Olympic place
Olympic champion Jack Laugher has claimed a second 3m springboard Tokyo 2020 Olympic place for Great Britain by reaching the individual world final. Laugher, who won synchronised gold at Rio 2016, secured a berth in that event for next year's Games by winning silver alongside Dan Goodfellow on Sunday.

Laugher named 2018 Male European Diver of the Year as LEN Award winners announced
The Olympic 3 metre synchronised springboard champion, winner of two gold medals at the 2018 European Championships in Glasgow and three at the Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast, was named as the winner for a second time after voting by swimming's National Federations and various LEN Committee members.
